The three phase test separator is a mechanical device to separate and measure oil, gas and water rates. Our portable test separators accurately gauge well fluid production levels, providing our customers with valuable well information as it regards a well’s present performance and potential.
The components of the test separator are as follows:
The major internal components aid separation. The coalescing plates prevent droplets larger than 15 mm from being carried into the outlet gas line. The mist extractor extracts fine liquid droplets still in the gas stream. The extracted droplets coalesce into the oil phase.
